This policy explains how Bfinasys collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, AI tools, subscriptions, and business intelligence services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email, company, account role, and subscription status.
- Business content you submit, including questions, documents, spreadsheet data, audit requests, and report inputs.
- Usage and technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- Billing identifiers, plan details, and payment status from Stripe. Bfinasys does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
- Contact and business information submitted through the public Executive AI Audit.
How we use information
We use information to provide AI analysis and reports, authenticate users, administer subscriptions and usage limits, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.
AI processing
Content submitted for analysis may be sent to OpenAI to generate requested results. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a qualified person before it is used for important business, financial, legal, tax, employment, or investment decisions.
Service providers
We use service providers including Netlify for hosting and functions, Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for payments and subscription management, and OpenAI for AI processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and sale
We share information with service providers as needed to operate Bfinasys, when you direct us to do so, to protect rights and security, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update certain account or billing information through the service. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
International use and children
Bfinasys is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. The service is for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
